Omakase menu
What does it mean?
Omakase translates to ‘I leave it up to you’ or ‘Chef’s Choice’ This is a style of Japanese dining, where there is no menu. Our guests will be at the hands of my passion, skills and culinary imagination.
Omakase will consist of 12 different small dishes, each carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
